These are ordinary links: no social media plug-in, "Like" button or embedded widget is loaded from these networks, and no data is transmitted to them when you simply view our pages. Data is only transmitted once you click a link and open the respective network, at which point the privacy policy of that network applies. Earlier versions of this policy described embedded Facebook and Twitter components, which are no longer used on this website.

Jetlic UG (haftungsbeschränkt) keep your information in data centers within the European Union. For technical reasons, our application vendors may transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area. When this is the case, we use appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, namely the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision, or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it. The EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, referenced in earlier versions of this policy, was invalidated in 2020 and is no longer relied upon.

Therefore, we only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as provided for by the various storage periods provided for by law.
