Your Amazon account should be in Professional selling plan. And also it should be registered in selected marketplace or group of marketplaces (Amazon Europe, Amazon North America, Australia)
You should have a normal Seller ebay account. Any specific subscription is not required. Also, you don't need to have ebay Store in order to use Salestio.
We have a full support of PrestaShop versions 1.7, 1.6, 1.54. Please notice that module does not work in PrestaBox or hosting offered by PrestaShop cloud. If you not sure, please contact us.

Yes, you can Salestio in multiple PrestaShop stores. Every store will be registered as separate application and will not communication with other stores. Also every store will required separate license.
Right now every store in Salestio will be separated from other stores. We are working on solution that will allow you manage all listings from all stores in one single place.
