Starter is $29/month and includes 100 marketplace orders per month. Extra orders are billed per order ($0.15 on Starter down to $0.04 on Scale and Ultimate) and capped, so the bill can't run away — imports pause at the cap until you upgrade. Starter's overage cap is $50, so the most a Starter month can cost is $79 — exactly the Growth base price. Every plan's worst case is capped at the next plan's price: Starter tops out at $79, Growth at $199, Scale at $299. If you regularly pass about 433 orders a month you have already reached the Starter cap, and moving to Growth costs you nothing extra.
Plans are priced in USD. Your plan is metered on the number of marketplace orders imported into your store, not on order value, so the currency an order was placed in makes no difference to what you pay — an order from Amazon.com, Amazon.de or eBay UK each counts as one order against the same quota. Month-to-month, USD, cancel anytime. No setup fees, no per-marketplace fees, no revenue share, no annual billing to sign up for.
Your plan is metered on the number of marketplace orders imported into your store. Scale and Ultimate additionally import refunded orders, so refunds appear alongside the originals in your store rather than only on the marketplace. If you regularly handle a high volume of refunds and want to know exactly how they affect your order count, contact support@salest.io and we'll confirm for your setup.
Plans are metered on marketplace orders imported per month, not on catalog size, so a big catalog with modest order volume does not push you onto an expensive tier. Each plan does carry a product limit — 5,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth, 20,000 on Scale and 50,000 on Ultimate — and you can top that up for $5 per additional 1,000 SKUs. If your mix of catalog size and order volume still doesn't fit neatly, email support@salest.io and we will help you pick the right plan.
No. Only marketplace orders imported into your store count toward the quota — your own storefront orders don't. The same order-based plans apply on Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopware and PrestaShop. Note that Amazon FBA orders are not pushed into your store by default; see the Amazon FBA answer below for how they are handled.

Salestio has partial support for Amazon FBA. FBA orders are imported into Salestio and appear on the Orders page. By default they are not pushed into your store; this can be enabled in settings. FBA inventory held by Amazon is not synchronized to your store, and catalog export creates FBM offers — FBA listings must be created in Seller Central.
