How Linking Works

Download your inventory
Salestio downloads your complete product catalog from Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Etsy. This typically takes 30–60 minutes depending on your inventory size.
Match products by SKU
Salestio automatically matches your marketplace listings with store products using SKU. If SKUs differ between platforms, use SKU Mapping to link them manually or via CSV upload.
Sync starts automatically
Once linked, your store becomes the source of truth. Stock and prices sync to the marketplace automatically. Orders import into your store for fulfillment.
What If My SKUs Don't Match?
No problem. SKU Mapping handles the translation between your store and marketplace product codes.
Manual mapping
Add SKU pairs one by one in Salestio's Profiles section. Choose whether the mapping applies to all marketplaces or a specific account.
CSV batch upload
Create a two-column spreadsheet (Store SKU | Marketplace SKU), save as CSV, and upload it in Settings. Handles hundreds of products at once.
Per-marketplace or global
Set different mappings for Amazon, eBay, and Etsy — or use one global mapping when your marketplace SKUs are the same across channels.
Works for sync and orders
SKU Mapping is used both for inventory synchronization and for matching incoming marketplace orders to the correct store products.
