Intro

Salestio is an application that assists merchants in linking their online stores with online marketplaces. The app supports various e-commerce platforms like Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Shopware, and BigCommerce, as well as connections with Amazon, Ebay, and Etsy. Last month, we introduced additional support for Amazon integration with the WooCommerce platform, and today we are delighted to announce that we are adding the first iteration of eBay support, with plans to expand to other platforms in the near future.

With our latest update, Salestio now supports integration with the following platforms:

  • Shopify: We support integration with eBay, Amazon, and Etsy.
  • Bigcommerce: Salestio offers support for integration with the Amazon Marketplace, as well as basic eBay order import.
  • Shopware: Our support includes integration with Amazon and basic eBay order import.
  • WooCommerce: Our support includes integration with Amazon and basic eBay order import.
  • PrestaShop: Salestio supports both Amazon and eBay integration.

If you’re looking for a way to streamline your online sales process and connect with more customers, Salestio can help. Our platform simplifies the integration process and provides you with the tools you need to grow your business.

How to Get Started with eBay Integration for WooCommerce, Shopware or BigCommerce

If you’re ready to get started with eBay Integration for WooCommerce, Shopware, or BigCommerce using Salestio, it’s easy to do so! Simply access the eBay integration feature by navigating to the Salestio application dashboard and clicking on the “eBay” button located in the top right-hand corner. From there, you will be directed to a separate Salestio section fully dedicated to eBay integration.

While eBay integration is a new feature in Salestio for WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Shopware, it already includes several general features required for a full eBay integration. Here is a list of the features available with Salestio’s eBay integration:

  • Importing eBay orders to your e-commerce website
  • Updating your store’s order details based on order status changes on eBay (e.g., paid, shipped)
  • Connecting multiple eBay accounts (with both Live and Sandbox modes)
  • Automatically transferring fulfillment details from your online shop to eBay Marketplace

However, please note that it is currently not possible to view a list of orders inside Salestio for eBay integration, nor is it possible to export products to eBay. Our team is working on implementing these features in the near future.
