Happy Holidays from the Salestio Team!
Today, we reflect on a fantastic year of growth and want to extend our thanks to you, our app users. Your trust and support have been the driving force behind our progress.
We wish you a joyful holiday season filled with peace, happiness, and well-deserved rest. We’re excited about what’s to come in 2025 and can’t wait to continue supporting your e-commerce journey in the year ahead.
In this article, we want to summarize the achievements from the last year of the team’s development to get you all caught up. We had new projects, new features, and many improvements.
This year, Salestio Product Import was released on the Shopify App Store.
Product Import by Salestio makes it easy for Shopify merchants to create products on their store directly from active eBay listings. The app imports product details such as titles, descriptions, images, and variations, making the move from eBay to Shopify quick and smooth.

Salestio for Shopify featured Etsy integration for a while. This year, it is also available for other platforms: BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Shopware.
Salestio added new tools to help sellers comply with GPSR requirements. These settings are available for eBay integrations on all supported Salestio platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopware, and PrestaShop.

Auctions became fully supported by Salestio. To send your listings as auctions, update the eBay profile. Change the Listing Type to Auction and change the auction properties below. After your new eBay profile is done, add items to a Selling List and send them to eBay as usual.
SKU mapping allows you to connect products with different SKUs on Shopify and the connected marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy). This is particularly useful for ensuring accurate order imports across all platforms. We made this system accessible through the Settings tab in Salestio (SKU Mapping section). Salestio now gives users more control over how taxes appear on imported orders. Find the tax options in Salestio > Settings tab (can be configured both in the General tab and account-specific settings).
For Amazon and eBay orders, Salestio now supports refunds and cancels. If a marketplace order is canceled for some reason, Salestio will update the status in Shopify. It also works the other way, so you can mark Shopify orders as Canceled, and Salestio will update them on Amazon or eBay.
For Amazon, this behavior can be customized in Salestio > Settings > Amazon account.
We expanded the possibilities for email notifications, so sellers have more tools to stay updated about their stores.
We made it easier to keep track of already published items. The Inventory tab in Salestio got new features:
Interacting with Shopify Collections adds complexity to the app, and we are doing our best to make this experience smoother and more reliable.
2024 has been a great year in terms of features and updates, and we are working hard to bring even more improvements to help our users grow their stores in the year ahead.
Thank you for trusting us to support your e-commerce needs throughout the year. From all of us at the Salestio team, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and a successful new year!
