Variation product creation
Printify currently doesn’t have a direct connection to the Amazon marketplace. Because of this, the product needs to be created manually here. And as we can see in the video is totally manageable, but a little time-consuming.
This process is required a lot of manual work for a single product. And if you have more than one product it could become a bottleneck in scaling your business.
Also, the various options are a bit tricky due to the number of required attributes.
In general, we would like to recommend:
- Make sure that the SKU of your variation items on amazon is exactly the same as on other systems
- Be very careful with selecting variation options, as soon as the product is created you can’t change it anymore
Please also notice, that amazon orders will be not automatically fulfilled by Printify and you need to find a way how to synchronize them to the print-on-demand service.
