All paid plans include a free 14-day trial. The trial is managed through Shopify's billing system — no credit card is required upfront. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial, your chosen plan will be billed through your Shopify invoice.

Only marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) imported into your Shopify store through Salestio are counted toward your plan limit. Orders placed directly on your Shopify storefront are not included in the count.

If you exceed your plan's included orders, a small overage fee applies per additional order. Here's an example:

Growth plan — $79/mo with 500 orders included
Orders imported this month — 650
Extra orders — 650 - 500 = 150
Overage charge — 150 × $0.08 = $12
Total monthly cost — $91 ($79 + $12)

Each plan has an overage cap that limits additional charges. For the Growth plan, the maximum overage is $120 per billing period. Once the cap is reached, order imports are paused until the next billing period — or you can upgrade to a higher plan to continue importing.

The Free plan lets you import up to 10 marketplace orders in total (lifetime, not per month) and create your first 25 listings on a marketplace. Product updates happen once a day, and orders need to be imported manually. It's a great way to evaluate Salestio before committing to a paid plan.

If you need more orders on the Free plan, overage pricing of $0.25 per additional order applies, up to a maximum of $29.

Each plan has a maximum overage amount per billing period — you will never pay more than the cap in additional charges. Once the overage cap is reached, order imports are paused until the next billing period. To continue importing orders immediately, you can upgrade to a higher plan with a larger order allowance.

Scale and Ultimate plans include advanced features for high-volume sellers:
— Amazon and eBay marketplace fee display in order details
— Automatic import of refunded orders
— Bundle order import support
— Priority email support (Scale) or dedicated support (Ultimate)

All charges are billed securely through Shopify and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. If you exceed your included orders, overage charges apply per additional order up to your plan's overage cap. Overage is billed at the end of each billing period.
