Part 12: creation profile, eBay profile and selling list for publishing to eBay

This part replaces the manual listing work of part 11 with configuration. The creation profile maps Shopify product data to an eBay listing, the eBay profile holds the listing-level settings such as business policies, duration, category and store category, and the selling list controls which products get sent.
Business policies come up explicitly here because you configure them in your eBay account rather than in Salestio, and a missing policy causes most first-export failures.
